I've been working as a designer, model maker and set builder in the entertainment industry for more than five years. since completing my industrial design degree i have worked in film, television, exhibitions and events in a variety of capacities.

for the last two years i have been working as the senior designer and a project manager for big city production services. in this role i have autonomously undertaken a range of projects through the entire design and production process. my duties have included; liasing with clients, preperation of pitches and quotes, project management, 3d cad, cnc machine programming and operation, construction, installation and touring.

prior to this i spent two years working for team event, under the creative director, as the workshop and installation manager. during this time i recived sketches and 1:25 models from which i designed and managed the production of furniture and custom themeing for events and kids tv sets.

my first two years in the industry i freelanced in television and music video production and as a model maker for studio films and point of sale designers. a highlight of these years was working in the model shop on star wars episode III.
