design :

the track was to feature 4 hotwheels products; radar gun, rc typhoon, v drop and the 1:64 cars all in a 4x8m area. space was tight so i employed a top down approach and came up with a basic layout for the 1:64 track first and began to fit the other activities in around it. this resulted in a dynamic use of the space where activities were stacked upon each other. the rc track ran along the floor under a raised viewing area and the 1:64 track while the v-drop jumped over all of them.
